Format:
Swimming with Mum for children aged 6 months to 3 years
The first group: children from 6 months to 1.5 years
Start time: 10:00
Classes are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
Duration of the lesson - 30 minutes

SWIMMING FOR THE LITTLE ONES
Training for babies is a gentle introduction to the world of water, which promotes development, strengthens emotional bonding and relieves tension.
Duration of the lesson - 30 minutes
Structure: dry warm-up and swimming in the bath
What you need to take to your first training session :
- disposable nappy;
- towel for the child
- a cotton diaper (for children under 1 month);
- a favourite toy (optional);
- diapers (commercially available).
